Revit Metis 2, gloves

The Metis 2 is a smart, affordable alternative to full racing gloves that you can wear every day, whether you're out on the town or chasing lap times on the track. In addition to aerodynamic looks and eye-catching graphics, the Metis 2 construction combines four different types of leather with four synthetic textiles to deliver performance, protection and comfort for the track.

Protection in the palm

All key contact points in this glove are made of goatskin, which is drum-dyed, tanned, and coated to make the palm durable, water-repellent, and abrasion-resistant without compromising the feel, breathability, or grip of the leather. That means your finger mobility and lever control remain unmatched. In the event of a fall, a TPU hard-shell palm slider significantly reduces the risk of injury.

From fingertip to cuff

The full-face design of the Metis 2 prevents skin exposure at the cuffs, they are doubly secured by Velcro straps. TPU hard shell inserts protect the knuckles, while Temperfoam® along the fingers gives impact protection without restricting range of motion. And thanks to conductive pads on the palms and fingertips, you can always stay connected. An innovation that could potentially save your life, or at least your skin if you find you need to let someone know you're running late.

PWR|Shell 500D Stretch

Made from 100% high performance polyamide yarns, PWR|Shell 500D offers the best features of nylon: high melting point, excellent tear and abrasion resistance and excellent durability. Add to that the typical REV'IT! Design. The special PWR|Shell fabric comes as a stretch version. 500D stands for the strength of the fabric. The higher the number, the better the abrasion and tear resistance.

Stitched on the outside

The seams made of PWR|Yarn are located on the outside of the glove. This prevents pressure points at the seams and provides the ultimate grip feeling that every sports rider appreciates.

Temperfoam®

High-quality viscoelastic foam that conforms to the rider's knuckles for improved comfort and protection.

TPU hard shell palm slider

Palm sliders are made of durable and highly abrasion-resistant TPU material and are located on the palm of the glove. They ensure that the glove glides immediately when the hand touches the asphalt. The abrasion resistance of such equipped gloves is enormous, which significantly reduces the risk of injury.

Conductive leather fingertips

With the conductive leather fingertips, you never have to take off your gloves to operate a smartphone or navi again. These fingertips were developed specifically for touch screens.
