Review: Replacement Armor for Torno II Pants from Held
These fit true to size but are a little bit thicker than the original foam pads you get from Held. They fit into the pockets just the same, but I have encountered a small problem with these replacements: the \\\"arms\\\" of the protector panels tend to roll inwards if the pants are handled excessively when not being worn. When this happens, the \\\"arms\\\" protrude into the hip area of the pant and the pants do not fit properly. They do not level out by themselves, and I am forced to unzip and access the armor pocket to adjust. I am hoping the future installation of some extra velcro pads to retain them will fix the issue, as it is annoying when it happens. The rest of the time they feel great and offer better protection than the originals.
