The Premium Sports Touring Helmet: SHOEI has launched a revolutionary new helmet that sets brand new active and passive safety benchmarks.

Intensive preparatory work with CAD programs, in the laboratory and in the SHOEI wind tunnel, plus extensive road tests involving our test riders around the globe, resulted in a helmet with an absolutely innovative design.

The XR-1100 is superior to all previous helmets in every respect.

Safety
  • Shell in AIM +. Organic fibreglass, multi-composite and high performance organic fibre in various layers for a shock-absorbant shell with optimum rigidity.
  • EPS liner system with two densities. Optimised protection through EPS elements with different shock-absorbing levels.
  • Mist-retardant CW-1 pinlock visor. With safety locking mechanism and dual resistance visor seal, fast and simple exchange.
  • Double-D ring. Easy to use and always perfectly adjusted.

Comfort
  • 5 different outer shell dimensions. For perfect fit and maximum compactness. Sizes: 1) XXS-XS, 2) S-M, 3) L and 4) XL-XXL, 5) XXXL
  • Cheek pads in 6 different sizes for individual fine adjustment of fit
  • Low weight of only 1,450g (+/-50 g)
  • Detachable and washable cheek pads, for easy cleaning and in different sizes for custom fit.
  • Detachable and washable chinstrap cover

Ventialtion
  • Multiple venting and extraction for optimum ventilation
