Der Helm ist für Brillenträger ungeeignet Brille läst sich nicht einschieben in den Helm und dadurch drücken die Bügen Die Sprechverbindung zwischen den Helmen ist nach kurzer zeit unzumutbar Es endsteht ein Knattern und Rauschen in der Anlage Windgeräusch sin sehr hoch

Avis : Excellent product
The advice to order a size larger is correct. Easy to set up and so far all is working well. My only issue is, I normally grab both straps when putting on a helmet but the left side is very short, I suppose I will get used to it. Overall very happy with this purchase. A great helmet that matches others that are in a higher price range.

Avis : Guter Helm, Kommunikaitonssystem mangelhaft
Bedienungsanleitung beschreibt Vorgänge die so nicht funktionieren. Neue Geräte anmelden schwierig, es gibt laut Anleitung mehrere Möglichkeiten, aber nur die letztere funktioniert. USB-Verbindung zum PC geht gar nicht. Daher keine Updates möglich, auch nicht über IOS oder Android App - habe alles ausprobiert.

Avis : Guter Helm mit gutem Klang.
Passform ist wie angegeben. Sitzt zunächst straff, wird aber beim Tragen etwas weiter und passt perfekt (Größe L - Kopfumfang: 59-60cm). Der Klang der Harmann Kardon ist super. Die Wiedergabe von Musik bzw. Naviansagen wird leider durch Fahrtwind ab und zu unterbrochen. Insgesamt ein sehr guter Helm.

DESDE QUE RECIBI EL CASCO NO CONSIGO CARGARLO SE PONE EN AZUL PERO NO ESTA CARGADO, HE HABLADO CON SENA Y ME DIJERON QUE HICIESE UNAS COSAS PERO TODO SIGUE IGUAL, ME DIJERON QUE YIENE UNA GARANTIA DE DOS AÑOS Y QUE ME PUSIESE EN CONTACTO CON USTEDES, QUE PUEDO HACER YA NO TENGO LA CAJA PERO ES QUE NO ME SIRVE PARA NADA, ME PODRIAN DAR UNA SOLUCION ?

The sound is really good ???? There is a bit more wind noise on the left side. Hey Google doesn\'t always respond on the highway. But you get a lot for your money.

Based on other references, I bought the helmet one size larger than it shall be based on presented scale, and it was a good decision, so I would probably recommand this to other potential customers too. Helmet fits, great sound, easy to pair. I´m using it on BMW GS and the noise in helmet is OK, in comparison with BMW EVO 3 helmet is just about the same. Harman Kardon sound is really incomparable to other helmets, it is a different level. Good view, sunshield is OK, the only think which might be sligjhtlu better is the positioning of windshield. BMW helmet had about 4 stages before complete opening, where ther windshield was fixed, Sena has just one - one or two more would be better. In general - for me - really good value for the money. I would say, it is definitely not worse than Schubetrh or BMW helmets with which I have experiences from the past, but it is definitely much cheaper....
