At the moment we would like to ask you for your understanding, we at motoin do everything possible to offer you the best possible service.  

 

In view of the current situation and the spread of COVID-19 we would like to support you with the best possible service, especially in these difficult times. Our motoin team is working with full commitment to send your parcels promptly, even if part of our staff is working from the home office as recommended by the Federal Ministry of Health. You can order as usual in our online shop and prepare for the coming season.

 

Current status of your purchase

Order:
We always have our  premium shipping items in stock at our large warehouse. If they are ordered until 13 o'clock, they will be shipped the same day. All other articles with delivery status, for example 1-3 or 3-7 days, we order directly from the manufacturer. In case of Dainese for example in Italy, Shark in France and so on. Due to the current situation, longer delivery times may be possible depending on the product. We ask for your understanding.

Delivery:
At the moment the packages in Germany are still delivered by our shipping service providers DHL and UPS, but there may be delays in delivery in Germany as well as in various countries. In addition, currently defined areas in various countries are not delivered. Which zones, areas and countries are affected can be found on the respective pages of our service providers, which are updated regularly:DHL or UPS.

Returns/exchange/complaints:
The processing time for your returns is currently about 8 days. This applies to returns, exchanges and complaints. As soon as your return has been processed, you will be informed automatically. We ask for your understanding.
