How can I pay?

To make purchasing with us a pleasure, we can offer you the following payment methods:

Advance payment by bank transfer

This is the best and cheapest way to pay for your order. You make a bank transfer for the invoiced amount to our payment provider Payone quoting your transaction number. The necessary payment information you'll get in an additional e-mail from Payone. As soon as we receive payment confirmation the goods will be despatched.

Online bank transfer


The quick alternative to advance payment. At the end of the order process you are redirected and can do your payment with your bank account details as well as PIN and TAN. After end of the payment we receive a confirmation that this has occurred and your goods will be despatched immediately. Your advantages are obvious: Comfortably, fast and no waiting periods like with advance payment. Read more on the website of directpay24.com.


PayPal-Logo - Sicher zahlen

With the free online payment service PayPal, you can pay securely and conveniently using your debit or credit card, bank account or PayPal balance - all without sharing your financial details with us. If you pay with PayPal, we can finish your order immediately. You find further information about PayPal under www.paypal.com

The easy way to pay. We despatch the goods as quickly as possible and the payment is taken from your bank account by the credit card company directly in the order process. We accept Visa, Mastercard (Eurocard) and American Express.

For the ordering process we use for your safety 3-D-Secure (Verified by Visa, MasterCard or SecureCode, American Express SafeKey).

Cash-on-Delivery (COD)

If you choose this option, the goods will be despatched as soon as possible. You pay the post person at your front door when you take delivery. There is an supplementary charge for COD.

National orders with cash on delivery will be shipped by DHL, international orders will be shipped by UPS.

Display prices in other currencies?

Prices in other currencies than euros are approximate and are provided only to help customers calculate the cost. Sales in our shop are exclusively in euros. For this reason, the last step of the purchase will display the price in euros. Your payment institution (bank, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, etc.) will then be responsible for converting to your preferred currency. Please ask them for the current exchange rate.

What does shipping cost?

We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of €6.50 inside Germany.

We ship generally with DHL. Abroad shippings with Cash-on-Delivery (COD) service will be send with UPS. If you wish to receive your order by Express Shipping, please contact us by email or telephone.


For COD we invoice an additional €7.90 inside Germany and €19.90 inside the EU. For COD you will also have to pay another charge of €2.00 to DHL or UPS; this charge is not shown on our invoice. We can make partial deliveries which are free of charge.

What is to be followed by the dispatch abroad?

For deliveries outside Germany, we accept payment by advance payment, PayPal or credit card. Inside the E.U. is delivering by cash on delivery possible, too. For delivering outside the E.U., e.g. Switzerland or Norway, we dispatch the goods tax-free (19% VAT). Perhaps you have to pay other costs e.g. payment of duty, taxes or service fees by the import into your homeland. Please, find out from your custom authorities.

What does Premium Shipping mean?

If you order weekdays until 1.00 pm (except holidays), the shipment will be done the same day. Except for payment method prepayment. Provided there are only items with the option 'Premium Shipping' in the shopping cart.
In case of an order Monday to Thursday after 1.00 pm the goods will be shipped the next day (except holidays). If you order Friday after 1.00 pm, Saturday and Sunday we will ship the following Monday. If you order on a holiday, we will ship the goods on the next working day.

Please note: Ensure that you only order articles with the option 'Premium Shipping'. Otherwise the shipping time depends on the longest delivery status specified. If the payment method is prepayment, shipping will be made after payment received. Therefore, the 'Premium Shipping' could shift by several days. We recommend another method of payment.

When will I receive delivery?

If you choose payment by online bank transfer, cash-on-delivery or credit card we despatch the goods as soon as possible. If you choose advance payment or PayPal, we despatch goods immediately the payment is paid into our account.

General speaking, despatch takes three to five days. In most cases we are quicker but factors outside our control can slow despatch (e.g. difficulties with ordering or delivery at our suppliers). We despatch goods by DHL or UPS. If the waiting period for an item is longer than one week, we will contact you.

How can I change the order afterwards?

Within a few minutes of making your order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If you want to change or cancel something, tell us as quickly as possible by e-mail. Quote the order number we sent you and send your e-mail to service@motoin.de.

A change of the delivery or invoice address is not possible due to the buyer protection. If you need to change your address, please cancel your order by sending an e-mail to service@motoin.de, with your order number, and order the desired items again via our online shop.

When can I exchange or return goods? How do I do this?

Once you receive the goods you have 100 days in which you can return them without having to give a reason. You must send notice of your intention to return goods within this period; you can send notice to us by post or e-mail. After this you should send the goods back to us. To handle your return fast and uncomplicated, please use the return form which was sent with your package. The goods must be original packed, without use tracks and provided with all etiquettes or stickers. If there is no return form in your package you may download it here.

Please note that we cannot accept any liability for parts added to the product by you, such as protectors but also bag contents. Please remove all items that were not part of the order.

Do not return goods COD or without paying postal charges. This will cause higher costs for the return and will be set off our refund to you.

Sending returns inside Germany

To return a parcel for any order inside Germany you can print out a label on ‚My Account‘. If you are placing a guest order, please use the 'Create return label' link in your shipping confirmation e-mail or fill out this form. The cost is 6.90 EUR and will be deducted from your return. In the event of an exchange, you will not be charged any return costs.

Sending returns inside the EU and Switzerland

For returning the package now more easily, you have the option to buy in our online shop a parcel label as product for an inexpensive return shipping. We create manually after your purchase, a parcel label and send you the shipping label within one business day via e-mail.

Sending returns outside the EU

To make sure that we receive your returns as quickly as possible, please return your parcel to us using a shipping company of your choice and affix three copies of the invoice along with the return form to the outside of the parcel. Highlight in addition on the bill all items you send back and specify the value of goods. Use a thick marker pen to label your package, and write “return” on the box. Your parcel will then be processed by the customs authorities as a return and we will receive it more quickly.

Please make sure that the applicable VAT and fees incurred by you. Otherwise we have to charge you all costs into account. This will delay the processing of your return significantly.

Please note that a new invoice will be sent along if products are exchanged, and customs charges may be applied again. To obtain a refund for fees already paid on your original order, please contact your customs office where staff will be able to advise you.

What are freebies?

As a minimum order value you have the option to choose a free gift according to your order value. The free gift promotion is not combinable with other promotions and discounts. If you make use of your right of cancel the order and, therefore, the right to the free gift expires. In the event of a cancellation, you should also return the free article. If you will not return the free article, it is evaluated with the usual selling price. If you cancel or return a portion of your order, the right to the free gift also expires. But then you have the option of selecting a new free gift to reflect the new order value.
